let me fill you all in on my pseudo adventures with my Nokia 6260. if you all know how much of adventures it's been through, someone would prolly wana put it up on a altar and worship it. As an introduction, it's a hugeass phone that the boyfriend affectionately calls THE BRICK; as it weighs down his jackets most of the time. for that reason, i often leave it in my bags, or where ever convenient, like the table or some platform.

anyways, its first adventure encounter was back home, and i remember vividly it was at IMM Giodarno, where i left the phone on the chair in the fitting room and forgot about it. it was quite a new phone then, so i obviously panicked a bit. i went back to the rooms to check and it wasn't there! and as i was dialling the phone, two giggling Malay girls came running out of the fitting rooms and returned it. i was thankful man, because i've misplaced countless number of phones, and have never had it returned.

and there was the second episode not more than two weeks ago, when i was at uni taking a dump. of course, me being me, i conveniently left it on the toilet paper holder and clean forgot about it. i only realised an hour later and left class and made a dash for the library. it wasn't there! so i sorta resigned to fate and went to the library checkout to report loss, only to find that someone had actually returned it! my goodness, you wouldn't know how much i thanked the heavens that day.

and the third adventure was today when the sister and i were dashing across the roundabout, and i dropped the phone right smack in the middle of the road. the hysteria the sister and i was in, when car one missed it by 3 inches; then the second car whizzed past; and then the third! and the Nokia 6260 came unscathed! Can all of you imagine that!

thus i hereby declare my love for my brick.
